For first-time patients

If you are a first-time visitor, please be sure to bring your health insurance card and any other medical welfare beneficiary cards.
If you can bring in your medications notebook and prior medical test records, we will add them to our files for a more complete reference of your treatment.
If you have a letter of introduction from another hospital, please be sure to bring it in and give it to the Doctor.
A clinic Patient Card (medical examination ticket) will be issued to you. Please bring it with you whenever you visit our clinic going forward.
First-time Patient Reservations:
You may make an online reservation to help us make patient flow more efficient. Walk-ins are welcome as well (no appointment necessary).

For Returning Patients

If one month has passed since your last visit, or if your health insurance card or information has changed, please report it to the front desk. We will update your health insurance card accordingly.
Please make a reservation and fill out the questionnaire online to ensure your visit goes smoothly and reduce your wait time.

For Day Surgery Patients

If you wish to schedule a day surgery, please make an appointment for a medical examination with us first.
The Doctor will examine your condition and set the examination method, treatment, surgery and post-surgery checkup schedule after a thorough consultation.

Regarding Examination Process

1. Appointment

We accept visits without appointment, but we recommend that you use the internet reservation system to reduce your wait time.
※ Reserved appointments will be given priority. Reserved appointments help us minimize the risk of infection by controlling the patient flow.

2. Reception

If you are a returning patient, please submit your Patient Card (medical examination ticket) to the receptionist and fill out the questionnaire. Patients will be called in order they are registered.
※Please note that even if you have a reservation, the patient order may be adjusted depending on the type of your illness/condition.

3. Medical examination

When your name or number is called, please enter the examination room (treatment room / operating room).

4. Payment
(getting your receipt/prescription)

                       

You may use cash or credit card (*please note credit card may only be used for payments over 2000 yen).
Accepted cards: VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners Club, UFJ, JCB, MUFG, DC, Discover, Nicos
Medication prescriptions will be issued for pickup outside the clinic.
Please bring the prescription sheet you receive to a dispensing pharmacy (nearest pharmacy is located on the 1st floor in the same building).
※Please ask our staff for info about the nearest dispensing pharmacies.
